Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name, location, or other detail entered in an outside search box is sent to the third-party company that operates that tool. Henderson County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms control its handling of the query.

If you send an email or use a contact form, we retain the message and contact details as needed to answer. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
